Dezaki is also a big influence in this. The "visual novel novel club" is a wonderful idea. I'd love to see all the little treasures you find.

Another solid Visual Novel (DEMO) from Kalechips, I feel at this point is expected and every praise I could sing would be repeating myself...STILL, I am gonna do it anyway.
First of all I am glad to be back in the intergalactic rail roads, it feels comfortable and familiar, yet unknown and inviting me to discover new places, and meet new people; Characters are cute and very expressive, specially Stranger guy and smoke guy (I remember the names just trying not to spoil the game!). Not that other characters like Soothat and flower girl are less impressive (they are actually my favorites!) is just that they so far have less screentime.
Music fits the atmosphere perfectly as usual and I've see a lot of improvements in the little animations here and there that heighten the experience a lot. And of course the inclusion of little point and click segments is so welcome, makes me feel like actually exploring this nice places the game lays out for me, but they are not too long that I lose my train (hehe) of thought of the main plot.
I could say more, so much more but, I will save it for the final release. This is well on it's way to become another classic.

You have a good attention to detail, and you balance narration and commentary well π€ the point made about the clickable points changing color when you've exhausted all the dialogue is good, I'll be sure to implement that in the full release. I don't think there will be any story-branching dialogue ππ½ββοΈ but there will be plenty of maps to explore. And don't worry, there are all sorts of colorful characters you'll meet along the way.
While it takes place on the Milky Way, I don't know if I could call it a true sequel (that's still a long ways off!) but all of my stories are in the same universe. Milky Way is my most beloved story so it feels difficult somehow. Regardless, I wanted to infuse the charm and wonder of the setting with it's own unique aspects. "A sense of bittersweet adventure", that's right! ππ½ββοΈ
I've rambled on so long, but thank you for watching after me this whole time. I hope the journey and its conclusion will leave an impression on you.
just finished reading the demo, the sense of atmosphere in this is amazing! the prose and artstyle work together to make a truly distinct work, and i'm looking forward to seeing more! keep up the good work!
i LOVE this!!!!!!! the soft atmosphere and bittersweet longing of both are incredibly involving and adorable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! goodness there's not a single line that doesn't make me crack a smile or float in wonder. the art is incredible in this one!!!!!!!! i loved the ocean of starlight and the fields of baby breath!!!!!!!!! and i love Ros and Vash dynamic so much fr!!!!!!!!!!!! ughhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! T______T beautiful as always!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! excited for full release!!!!!!!
Oh goodness thank you as always helen... I'm happy that their dynamic worked well, it was so fun to write I had to cut myself short so I wouldnt over run the scene. I could write about the galaxy forever, so it's good to know that you still find them as charming!! ^_^
